So I’m back in Perth after a whirlwind one week in KL that passed by way too fast. I’m not mentally or physically ready to go back to class yet, but life is that way isn’t it? You’re never ready for the boring responsibilities that life brings.
So here I am, lying in bed in my apartment, wishing I was back home where I can hear the familiar sounds of my brother playing a game on his Xbox, the slam of my parents room door and my daddy shouting “Sandy! Quiet!” at my very noisy Labrador who feels the need to bark at anything that moves. People say being homesick gets better with time, but what if I’m not homesick, but familysick? Because really, living on your own is overrated. Nothing beats the comfort of having your family close to you.
Okay, I KNEW this would get depressing because I really and truly hate being away from my family, so I took the liberty of uploading my Sephora haul because makeup makes everyone (or maybe it’s just me) happy. :D
I always try and start my videos composed and professional, but as we get further and further into the video, I start saying things wrong and forgetting things and then I just say buh-bye to being cool and composed. And yes, this is definitely me in real life too, but louder in real life. Definitely louder.

i just bought nars blush & bobbi brown, smashbox gel liner from sephora. now you're tempting me to get the ysl lippy in no.1 and the eye palette and the chanel lip color -.-" i shall never watch your haul videos ever again. HAHA

Jylene: Heh, sorry. :*) But okay, before I used the YSL lipstick, I would have said get the Chanel, but now that I've used the YSL, GET THE YSL, TRUST ME, YOU WON'T REGRET IT! And well, you didn't buy any lip products from Sephora did you? So the YSL purchase is justified. ;)
